TURMERIC LATTE

If you are alive and aware of your surroundings then you have definitely heard of turmeric latte or ''golden milk''! If not? It is this awesome drink that is also tasty & very beneficial.
So to get you hooked on the idea of turmeric latte I will list the benefits first:
YOUR SKIN WILL LOVE IT
Its anti-inflammatory properties mean it can help to reduce redness and skin irritation, whilst its anti-bacterial qualities make it great for blemishes and acne. If that wasn't enough, it can also help to protect against wrinkles, and prevent moisture loss. IT IS A POWERFUL ANTIOXIDANT
Turmeric has many antioxidant properties. Antioxidants fight off cancer-causing free radicals and may reduce or even help prevent some of the damage they cause. IT IS GOOD FOR YOUR LIVER

SOOO NOW - HOW DO I MAKE IT?
This is the easy part.
1 tea spoon of ground turmeric
1 tea spoon of cinnamon
1 tea spoon of ground ginger
Warm up the almond milk (do not boil) & pour it over the ingredients. Stir well and enjoy!!
Dont forget to keep stirring because the good stuff tends to sit in the cup ;)
