Resistance band workout

Hi there,

I am back with a short workout video! The workout is specially made with the pregnancy in mind since I am at the end of my second trimester & the urge to move and workout has not gone anywhere. Even if it is tough to motivate myself get into my workout clothes, it's got to be done:) I feel so great after & I enjoy the way my body feels much more. I realise that with all these changes and weight gain my body is still strong and capable of working out, it is pretty empowering.

I would recommend aiming for 3 rounds of each exercise, the important reminder that it's not a race, do it in your own pace & enjoy your body's capabilities!
