Best snack - Guacamole

Here is a recipe of the best snack, dip, side or appetiser - Guacamole!!
I will not get started on the good fats that it contains & how healthy it is, you already know that. I will simply write down the recipe of the guac that I make, and better believe it is a popular one! Every time I have made it, whether it was for a party, a group of friends or as a snack for my husband & I, it has always been a HIT.
You will need:
* 2 ripe avocados
* 1 big spoon of sour cream or plain yoghurt
* 1 clove of garlic or dried garlic
* Salt & pepper
* Olive oil
* Fresh coriander
* Lime juice
If you want the guac to be fuller you can add tomatoes or a little bit of diced red onion
To do:
Use a fork to mash the avos & add the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper according to your preference, keep tasting it while you mix it together!
