POST Workout Greatness


I must share this bestest refreshing protein smoothie I have been having after my workouts! So we know that we need protein after a workout, thats clear. But I think we tend to forget to give our body something thats very important... That is fruits or berries. These act like fast acting carbs replenish glycogen, spike insulin and speed recovery. It is what we all what, right? So here, put your favourite protein powder. I use vegan rice protein & it's vanilla flavour so fits perfectly. Half a banana Almond milk & Strawberries this time I had them fresh usually in winter time I use frozen ones. Any berries would go here!
