LIGHT & EASY meal


This is SUPER easy & very delicious!

So I rarely follow a certain recipe. I look at many different ones, get ideas, check what are the ingredients and then proceed to create something in between of what I have seen and what I feel like (or have in the fridge). This time I have bought the sweet potatoes! While it was in the oven I just whipped some cottage cheese, the HOLY quinoa & avo together. Added salt, pepper and BOOOM. Here is a banging, tasteful dinner/lunch for you! Try it and let me know how you liked it! Stay healthy!
